Shipping policy
The processing time for orders are as follows: apparel (made to order: up to 2 weeks), all other items (1-7 business days), preorder items (2-3 weeks). With the exception of holidays, longer processing time may apply.
The estimated delivery times for standard shipping (after processing) are listed below:
- North America & Europe: 7-20 business days
- Asia: 5-15 business days
- Other: 7-30 business days
The estimated delivery times for untracked standard lettermail (after processing) are:
- North America & Europe: 15-45 business days
- Asia: 5-20 business days
- Other: 20-60 business days
I am not responsible for lost or damaged mails shipped through the untracked standard lettermail method. By selecting the untracked standard lettermail method, the customer acknowledges that untracked lettermail is uninsured and accepts the risks associated with this shipping method.
