Please contact me if you encounter any issues with your order. Returns are not accepted as some items are made to order. Refunds are accepted for packages shipped through the standard tracked shipping method that have encountered issues such as damages that occurred during the shipping process, missing item, or lost package. I am not be responsible for lost or damaged mails shipped through the untracked standard lettermail option. Items shipped through the untracked standard lettermail option are not eligible for refund, returns, or exchange. By selecting the untracked standard lettermail method, the customer acknowledges that untracked lettermail is uninsured and accepts the risks associated with this shipping method.
